I guess you are tired of all these trash just like me, and you don’t really know how to opt out from mtn play service, relax , you are in a right place. Whatever the services you have subscribed for knowing or unknowing, just chill and follow the below step by step with image. This will be the end of your frustrations for sure. How To Opt Out From MTN Play
Step 1. Now with the SIMCARD which you have been subscribed for MTN Play services, I mean the
one mtn deduct money from, insert it either on your phone with browsing facility or in your internet modem, make sure you have data (MB) on it. either connecting to the internet via modem to browse on system or insert it in your browsing phone and open your browser while you visit: wap.mtnonlineplay.com
Step2. In their homepage, you will see options in the menu bar; Home, sports, and My MTN Play like you see on the image above. Then You should select “My MTN Play”.
Step3. In the submenu there will be three options too, click on ‘my subscriptions’. It will display the current services which you are subscribed to.
Step4. Then click on the service(s) whether CNN news, sahara news, sport news, Local news etc.
Step5. Finally, it will display how to unsubscribe. I hope this helps those people like me, that have been suffering from N50 weekly MTN punishment.
