We are gradually getting there. This move by airtel is timely and targeted at MTN
who recently released numbers to the public through which we can talk to MTN Customer Care
Representatives on whatsapp. Below is a recent statement by Airtel in regards to this development...

We’ve got you covered” You can see from the above that Airtel released the same five numbers like MTN did for contacting them on whatsapp.
Now subscribers have the option of either calling or chatting live with them on whatsapp but it's
recommended to only contact them whenever you have a serious issue to discuss with them or you might get banned.Still expecting same from Etisalat, Glo, Ntel etc
